ARTIST

  • To be part of Apanage Days, simply choose your preferred exhibition package, submit your artwork, and let us handle the rest. Your work will be displayed on a high-impact digital billboard in Berlin, with optional features such as a magazine spot, VIP networking, and extended visibility.

  • Each artist featured in the Apanage Magazine receives:
    ✔ A dedicated page (or double-page option) showcasing your work.
    ✔ Your name, profile picture, and a QR code linking to your portfolio.
    ✔ A personal interview sharing your artistic vision.

  • Yes, but you have to book more slots to get more artworks featured.

  • Yes. Content must avoid extreme strobe effects, explicit sexual material, glorified violence, and political messaging—unless clearly within an artistic and acceptable context. Submissions must respect youth protection laws, avoid misleading claims, promote truth and transparency, and not feature illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content. Sincee it´s a public art exxhibition all artworks must meet public decency standards.

  • With the Creative Support we allow updates before the final submission deadline to ensure your work is exactly as you envision it when it goes live.

  • Apanage Days is open to all artists, regardless of background or experience. Our goal is to showcase diverse and unique artistic voices. Simply book your spot and be part of this movement!

  • Your artwork will be presented in full-screen format depending on your selected package. Each piece is optimized for maximum visibility in a high-traffic urban space.

  • Currently not but stay tuned we are working hard on a great solution for that.

  • To ensure your work looks stunning on the digital billboard, please submit:
    File format: JPEG, PNG, or MP4 for motion-based works.
    Resolution: Minimum 1920 × 1152 px (Full HD)
    Aspect Ratio: 16:9 landscape format.
    File Size: Max. 50MB

    ATTENTION: YOU CAN SUBMIT EVERY FORMAT YOU WANT BUT FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE VISIBILITY USE A 16:9 FORMAT.

GENERAL

  • Apanage Days is committed to delivering an exceptional experience, and all preparations are designed for a seamless execution. Should there be any scheduling adjustments, artists and sponsors retain full participation rights and will be part of an even stronger, enhanced exhibition experience.

  • Artists receive a detailed schedule before the event, along with live updates and media documentation to share their showcase with their audience.

  • We’re here to help! For any inquiries, you can reach us via our contact form, email, or social media channels.

  • Yes! Apanage Days provides professional photography and video documentation of the exhibition, ensuring that artists and sponsors have high-quality visuals for their portfolios and marketing.

  • Join our newsletter or follow us on social media, where we announce upcoming locations, artist features, and exclusive opportunities first.

PAYMENTS AND

BOOKING

  • We accept PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.

  • You have 14 days to withdrawal your booking afterwards we try to find a good solution for future exhiibitions.

  • Yes! Secure your spot first, and you’ll have time until the first july to submit your work.

  • Spaces are limited and sell out quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible. Once a package is fully booked, it will no longer be available.

  • Yes! Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive an official confirmation email with details on the next steps, deadlines, and submission guidelines.

MAGAZINE

  • To be featured, simply select the Magazine Spot add-on when booking your exhibition package. Your profile, artwork, and personal story will be included in this limited-edition collector’s publication.

  • Each artist will have:
    ✔ A single or double-page feature.
    ✔ Their name, profile picture, and a personal QR code linking to their portfolio or store.
    ✔ A high-quality display of their artwork.
    ✔ A short interview sharing their creative vision.

  • Stay tuned, we gonna contact you personal!

  • Yes, but only in limited quantities. A select number of copies will be available for collectors and supporters, aside from those reserved for featured artists.

NETWORK PARTY

  • This event is designed for meaningful connections and celebrations. Expect:

    ✔ A premium venue with a vibrant atmosphere.

  • Yes! We will announce the dress code soon.
